Man threatens to burn down Campbell fire station

6:01 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 27 was observed spray-painting a curb. He admitted to the graffiti and was in possession of graffiti tools.
7:17 p.m. on Alpha Court: During an argument with her roommate, the victim claimed her roommate’s friend came over and choked her.
8:36 p.m. at Hamilton and Darryl avenues: A man, 38, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
1:23 a.m. at Almarida Drive and Mitchell Court: A man, 24, was contacted inside a vehicle with two juveniles smoking marijuana together. It was determined that the man provided the marijuana to the juveniles. A 14-year-old was in a separate vehicle during the incident and was found to be in possession of marijuana for sales.

11:20 a.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue: During an argument. the suspect forced open the window to the victim’s car and jumped in. He tried to steal the victim’s wallet and pushed her. The suspect then sent a video to the victim of them and threatened to sent it to her friends and family.
11 a.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 24, stole several tools. He had fentanyl, was under the influence and had a warrant for his arrest.
3:26 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A woman, 33, had heroin and a pipe in her possession.
10:08 p.m. at Leigh Avenue and Southwest Expressway: A man, 48, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. During a search, a methamphetamine pipe was located.
11:33 p.m. at Dell Avenue and Hacienda: A man, 48, was stopped for a vehicle code violation on a bike. During a search, a methamphetamine pipe was located.
4:23 a.m. in the 100 block of Adler Avenue: A man, 43, was had a warrant out of San Jose for weapons. During the arrest, he resisted officers. During an inventory search of his vehicle, a San Jose police badge reported as lost was located.

12:13 a.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Winchester Boulevard: A man, 29, was stopped for a traffic violation. He was found to be DUI and was arrested.
1:35 a.m. at Valley Forge Way and Phelps Avenue: Someone sprayed blue paint on the soundwall.
Oct. 26
10:42 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 37, was contacted inside of his vehicle. The passenger was on searchable probation. During a search, methamphetamine and glass pipes were located.
8:49 a.m. at Mona and Lisa ways: Officers located an unoccupied stolen 1996 Chevrolet C3500.
5:14 p.m. at North Central and East Hamilton avenues: Officers located an unoccupied stolen 1994 Honda CRV.
1:41 a.m. at South Bascom and Foxworthy avenues: A man, 27, was stopped after he walked away from a vehicle that had two different license plates. There was a methamphetamine pipe in plain view inside the vehicle. The man was found to be DUI alcohol and narcotics.
2:30 a.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and Camden Avenue: A woman, 21, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
5:13 a.m. in the 2500 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone broke a window and overturned garbage cans outside. No entry was made.
Oct. 27
Overnight in the 200 block of West Rincon Avenue: The license plate was stolen from a Toyota Prius.
7:07 a.m. in the 900 block of Sobrato Drive: A man, 24, hit the victim, who desired prosecution. The man was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.
Overnight in the 200 block of Union Avenue: A silver 2019 Ford Mustang was stolen.
10:57 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Two suspects used a black handgun to rob the victim.
8:45 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and West Hamilton Avenue: A man was reported passed out in a 2014 Lexus at the intersection. When officers contacted him, he woke up and took his foot off the brake, causing his vehicle to collide with a patrol vehicle. He then accelerated to free his vehicle from the push bumper and fled the scene, nearly colliding with other vehicles.
9:52 p.m. at East Campbell and Central avenues: Several motorcycles and ATVs were reported driving recklessly downtown. Officers observed the vehicles performing stunts across both lanes of traffic and on occupied sidewalks. Several of the vehicles failed to yield. They fled northbound South Bascom Avenue. Multiple license plate numbers were obtained..
8:18 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 53, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI on narcotics. He was in possession of 4 oz. of methamphetamine.
12:07 a.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Creekside Way: A driver, 37, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be DUI.
South Winchester Boulevard and San Tomas Expressway: A man threw something at a vehicle, causing damage. The victim desired prosecution.

12:22 p.m. in the 100 block of Union Avenue: A man, 28, threatened to burn the firehouse down.
12:27 p.m. at Southbound San Tomas Expressway and East Sunnyoaks Avenue: A white tow truck sideswiped a vehicle, causing it to go off the roadway and into a fence.
9:26 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 49, was contacted near an unlicensed vehicle. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was in possession of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
