Photos: 2023 Outside Lands music festival

Day 1 of the weekend-long festival featured headliner Kendrick Lamar, R&B singer Janelle Monáe, DJ Diesel aka Shaquille O’Neal, and many more acts on multiple stages set up inside Golden Gate Park.

A capacity crowd of 75,000 attended the kick-off of the three-day festival that is celebrating its 15th anniversary.

The festival is scheduled to continue on Saturday with the Foo Fighters, Lana Del Rey, Maggie Rogers, Conan Gray, Alvvays and other artists.
